Customer Service Associate
Primary duties include helping multiple CSRs, Managing and processing customer online orders, Maintain Filling system, Learning Estimating system, Writing repeat Production Tickets, ordering supplies needed and coordinating any outside services required to finish a project. Corresponding directly with Customer Service Representatives and our Sales Representatives and their customers. A high level of organization skill is required. Good Knowledge with Excel, Word and Outlook is a must. Candidate must be able to perform during high volume situations.
